Employee Training

A tradition of passing down technologies and technical skills through real-life experience

A Training Center was completed in March 2010 as the core education and training facility for the Shinko Plantech Co., Ltd. corporate group. This facility was established with the goals of enhancing education for employees and partner enterprises, and of continuing our tradition of passing down technologies and technical skills through real-life experience.

Training Center Overview

The Training Center is made up of the following three facilities.

  • 1. Outdoor Practical Workshop
Allows for hands-on safety education and training concerning heat exchanger maintenance.
  • 2. Education and Training Center
Various types of instruction using a model plant can be conducted, along with rotating machinery overhaul training, and courses required for in-house certifications (flange connection management, SPC_CARBER Method).
