Flange Leakage Prevention Services

Shinko Plantech's proprietary leak prevention system can respond to flange joint leakage problems.

Plants must completely control leaks from devices, especially from flange joints.
We use an on-site flange facing cutting technology for flange face repairs, providing precision on par with in-plant fabrication. We have also established several other proprietary leak prevention technologies, including a flange warp measurement device and a bolt tightening system that tightens bolts more evenly.

This enables us to accurately respond to flange joint leak issues from various angles.

Flange Strain Measure

Identifies warping via rapid measuring (approximately 20 minutes per surface).

Bolt Tightening Management System

Shinko Plantech's bolt tightening management system calculates the optimal axial tension customized for device usage conditions and features. This system has been used extensively on various flanges, including heat exchangers and reactor towers, among others.
In addition, we have developed a proprietary software program to collect data and support the process. Work using the graphical interface also ensures precision and high performance tightening.
